Reminding myself as a business operator that somewhere, there is probably a consultant selling $100k+ trust falls and team-building weekend excursions without even blinking an eye and sleeping like a baby at night.
As a small company that sounds insane to me, but for a bigger company that could work for them. So good to know that what matters is articulating the value of your offer as best you can, to the right customer, and delivering on that promise.
Takes a lot of trust to do all those things though! 😄
